This is really quite brilliant. I can be a man of few words sometimes, but those few words really capture my reaction; QUITE BRILLIANT. Peace (and Happy Canadian Thanksgiving). Harlon
Sounds like the old days at the Austin factory (latterly British Leyland) close to where I grew up: the night-time ‘activities’ were the stuff of legend. Thing is, so many locals benefitted from ‘cheap spares’ that many a blind eye was turned. Thanks for the memories!
Similar around here when the Vauxhall plant at Luton was in its heyday. I suppose it is the old ‘doing a mate a favour for a tenner’ ethos but rather that than the desolation now facing so many areas. Thanks Chris as always.

I did not want to sit in judgement here because, you may have guessed, this has its roots in my reality. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
